Skin Testing & Coronavirus
IMPORTANT IMFORMATION REGARDING SKIN TESTING
Skin testing for a colour is a legal requirement and something that is very important for your safety. A skin test needs to be carried out for all new clients to colour with us, and also if you haven't had a colour with us for longer than 3 months. If you have put a box colour on your hair since your last colour with us, have had any changes in your medical condition, are taking steroids or immunosuppressants, have had temporary black tattoo or permanent make up, or think you maybe pregnant.
A skin test must be carried out minimum 48 hours prior to your appointment, a skin test is carried out on your arm (below elbow) so please try and wear a top that we can get to your arm, we will skin test you and ask you to fill in our questionnaire then we will wipe any excess away and ask you to rinse after 45 mins. We ask you to report any reaction, e.g itching, irritation, redness or swelling to us. If more concerning report to your GP. If you have a reaction we will be unable to perform your colour.
Cancellations
We require 48 hours notice for cancelation of your scheduled appointment. Clients cancelling with less than 48 hours notice of your scheduled appointment will be required to pay 50% of services reserved in order to continue to book other services with our business.
Booking fee
On certain services and certain times of the year we require a booking fee. This will secure your appointment. It is non refundable but the appointment can be moved if 48 hours notice is given.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive 15 mins after your scheduled appointment time your stylist will no longer be able to carry out the service, 50% of your scheduled appointment time will be required.
Age Restrictions
You must be a minimum of 16 years of age to book for a colour or perm service.

Visited True Ambition Four Oaks yesterday for the first time for my daughters hair, which she didn't want to have cut as she wanted to keep her long princess hair, Jenny put her at ease immediately and treated her like a princess and she left very happy, will be back soon!!

My son hasn't been to the hairdressers in months, ive been trimming it myself, but Tash was amazing, she put up with Joshuas crying and initial tantrums and coaxed him with chocolate coins.

Ive been a regular since the New Oscott salon opened and Jen always looks after me! my son has even started getting his hair cut and loves the car, and is always made a fuss of and put at ease.
I contacted the salon on Thursday to get a last minute appointment on the Friday, they managed to get me in and they did an amazing job! It was so relaxing and friendly and I was super happy with my hair.

Great salon!!! Kim took time to do a full consultation before colouring my hair. I love both the colours chosen and the cut Kim gave my hair too. This is salon has a lovely relaxing atmosphere, friendly professional staff, good coffee and up to date magazines too. Definitely my new hair salon.
